My Daily AI Shortcuts (You Can Use These Today!)
Sometimes I hesitate to tell people this...
But AI tools have completely transformed how I run my 7-figure business (and they can do the same for you!)
The best part? You don't need any tech skills, coding knowledge, or expensive subscriptions to get started and it’s actually ‘fun’, dare I say it, to use these.
Today I want to share three free AI tools that I use every single day. These aren't just tools I recommend - they're the ones you'll actually find open on my computer right now! 😊
ChatGPT
(I use the paid verison but the free version is great) This is my go-to assistant for quick content tasks.
Try these prompts:
"Create an outline for [your topic]"
"Suggest engaging titles for [your content]"
"What questions would beginners have about [your topic]?"
I do also love Claude.AI and I’ll share more later about when I use that instead of ChatGPT!
The secret is being specific with your requests. Instead of asking "help me with my course", try "what should I include in module one of my [topic] course for complete beginners?"
Canva's AI Magic Tools
Even if you're already using Canva, you might have missed their new AI features! I use these for:
Quick presentation slides
Simple course graphics
Content layouts
The 'Magic Design' feature is particularly brilliant for course creators - just describe what you want, and it creates professional-looking designs in seconds.
Google Docs AI Writing Features
Right there in your familiar Google Docs, you'll find AI tools that can:
Help improve your writing
Suggest better phrasing
Create quick summaries
Just right-click on any text and look for the 'Help me write' option. It's like having a writing assistant on call! And given that I have terrible grammar and spelling it’s extremely helpful for me.
Of course, this is just scratching the surface but these free tools are a perfect place to start!
They'll help you create better content faster, without getting overwhelmed by technology.
